K&D De-Coded
Established in 2019, K&D Coded Designs is a company created on the love of both art and code first drawn out by it’s Founder Krystal Wanezek when it was decided that it was time to do something fun for herself, all while helping others out in the process. With a her love of art, she decided to build K&D Coded alongside her husband. K is the nerdy side, while D is the artsy side of the company.
Taking a step away from working under others to build something ourselves all without fluff or nonsense, this is how K&D started. Today we have successfully launched many successful web projects, created mind blowing designs, all while continually keeping it bold and professional.
What sets us apart from other design creative agencies is that we truly love what we do.
This is true. Our love for design and code is what fuels our passion for what we create. Call us nerds, but our favorite thing to do is take a design that we create together and make it come alive on the web. I believe that passion is what will keep us afloat and most importantly help you (our client) find value in your investment to help your business not only grow, but to inspire the many individuals out there. Meet the crafty duo behind K&D Coded. A perfect match fit for handling any challenge, both K & D press on to modernize the typical and conventional.
Krystal
Equal parts creative genius and code nerd, Krystal is a senior website developer, digital marketing specialist and designer specializing in web design, e-commerce, graphic design… basically anything involving code and art.
A graduate from Gateway Technical College in Racine, WI with a professional background in both IT Computer Support and Website Development, for over 10+ years Krystal specializes with attention to detail and adding unique creative design flair to any project. Krystal fought hard throughout her professional career as a young Black female, and through that comes much experience that would not have been gained anywhere else.
She spent a loving 6 years at a local web development creative agency as a full stack web developer and designer handling both design and code for hundreds of websites. While Krystal truly loved this position she eventually went on to honing skills at different roles in digital marketing which then lead to opening her own design agency, K&D Coded.
When not coding or designing beautiful creations, Krystal spends most of her time video gaming, enjoying time with her baby boy, crafting, baking up a storm, and rocking out to some great (and very loud) rock music.
Dan
Although he’s always venturing in some virtual world, Daniel is dedicated to bringing his creativity to life. Design ‘n Art has always been in Dan’s DNA as he passionately creates top notch designs.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin Parkside with a BA in Illustration and Design, Dan has a lifetime of artistic knowledge, be it traditional art, illustration, graphic design, video editing, painting, caricature artistry, and animation.
In his spare time Dan can be found deeply invested in watching many various anime shows, hunting down Pokémon in game, taking his precious pup Alita for a walk, or can be found with his nose deep into a good book.
